If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Photos if applicable
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- A free replacement product
- A partial refund
- A full refund
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products with damaged packaging caused after delivery
Lost or Delayed Packages
